A picture is worth a thousand words, or at least thats what i've been told. Each picture freezes a moment in time, allowing that split second to live on for eternity. Each picture captures a moment that will never be relived or replayed but now has the ability to last forever. Pictures are a doorway to the past, a form of time travel. Pictures allow us to see evolution. Evolution of people, evolution of nature, evolution of the world. They remind us of the past, what we used to be. They remind us of who we have become and our journey to get there. Looking at a picture takes mere seconds to draw up memories and revive the emotions felt in that moment. I don't need to look at pictures of you to remind me of how i felt, and how i still feel. Pictures of us burn holes in my soul reminding me of what now is gone. The pictures stir up memories, they show me the change. They let me see the difference in the person you made me and the person i am today. These images haunt me because they are a permanent reminder of what I lost. These pictures wont leave my mind no matter how many times i try to erase them. Pictures allow me to relive the past and feel the love we shared. But when i pause to look up from these pictures, reality drags me back down. I realize my camera has run out of film. If pictures are worth 1000 words then you were worth a million, and i so foolishly let my million go. Even with you gone i still have these pictures and they bring me back to that moment in time.

Rose is just a small town girl who moved to California to follow her dream. She has no one, but she's fine with that. She keeps to herself and works at a maid service, until one day everything changes.
