Mizuko is friends with Shinsou. Both of them share a dream of going to UA but for different reasons. Shinsou to become a hero, but Mizuko's dream is to become a well known support agency and help her friend to his succesion. Mizuko seemed to have the perfect quirk for this while Shinsou thought he lacked. But what he didn't know was that Mizuko had a plan to help him, no matter his quirk.
