Suddenly, the watch begins to break apart. A blinding flash of light surrounds him, and before he can react< the world around him disappears. When Cael opens his eyes, he is falling from the sky-landing right on top of a boy named Noah. "Hey! Watch where you're falling!" Noah shouts irritated. Cael quickly stands up, confused. "I-I'm sorry... Where am I?" Noah gives him a strange look. "I've never seen you around here before." Before Cael can ask another question, Noah offers to help him, unaware that their meeting is about to change both of their lives forever.
