Set in the aftermath of the Second American Civil War Avarie is a genetically manipulated human who flees a New World Order facility. Avarie must find her way around a desolated world. Suffering through nightmares, depression, and PTSD, Avarie must find a way to cope with her life. Through her torment, she learns she's armed with unnatural gifts and opens doorways to the past and to the future. Upon her exploration into different worlds, Avarie learns what it is to be human, but in the end, she needs to learn how to awaken.
