What if Doc. Light didn't put X inside a capsule for his 30 or many years of testing what if he let X active after he finishes building him but still get tested and maintenance on his system whatever he followed the rules of robotic or not because doc. light have created X with a free will on whatever he wants to do even he can break the laws of robotic life but there's a twist in the story because instead of X original body, he was placed inside a small child-like body for testing and maintenance to see if he ready for his original once he passes the test and maintenance that Doc. Light will give it to him and for the light bots, they are in for a ride in taking care of their youngest brother while trying to hide his existence from Doc. The D4R0 chip was implemented in this "super power" society around 2XXX but when it worked better on children than it did on adults, the entire idea of the D4R0 changed. Now, instead of unruly children trying to learn how to control their powers, the chip forced them to suppress their powers rather than learn from them. But, that's something adults didn't know. Something that their government kept secret, because as long as those children were controlled and obedient they didn't need to worry about a generation that would redefine the world.
