Lillie Joe is pretty short for her age with light skin, green eyes, and black hair. Her friends could never get over how alike she looked to Billie Joe Armstrong. Their names and appearances and an exact match. Her step-father walked out two years ago; not being able to handle the woman Lillie Joe always believed was her mother.
