Along the ride is Randall "Mouch" McHolland the Step-Dad, Alvin "Al" Olinsky the Uncle and Maya Jackson the Aunt to everyone but Will, Jay and Halide Halstead. She is their step-mom and mom. The family looks out for each other and are always there for each other.

It's always a wild ride in Hank Voight's Intelligence Unit. Between lovers and cases, there's never a dull moment. When Erin Lindsay is forced out of Chicago, Jay Halstead is compelled to reluctantly move on. But once again, not everything is as straight forward as hoped.
