Kadi and her little sister, Gretchen are moving from New Jersey to North Carolina so her dad can live with their new step-mom. But is it worth it for her to leave all of her friends? Shortly after they move in, Kadi finds that she lives right across the street from the one and only Hayes Grier! If she makes a good impression, she'll have one friend when school starts. Or maybe more than just a friend...
