(5 years after the events of Silence) Arrian Rider was the Victor of the 38th Hunger Games, and now leads a double life in District 7. He's in assoication with District 13, and spies for them. In 2013 I joined a Writing Group and posted stuff on Wattpad as TreboR Haldor. This story is about a man who travels 700 years into the future, Maybe 2713.
