This fanfic was based almost entirely on a dream i had once; so the title, story concept and some elements were taken from that (idk why "to join a" is repeated 3 times in the title, it made sense to me in the dream) Oh yeah btw this story is set post-pacifist run and may contain some spoilers (i know this game came out almost 9 years ago, but there's STILL people out there who haven't played it...which i kinda forget since i've been in the fandom since it came out) About a week into his new life on the surface, papyrus gets bored and doesn't know what to do with himself now that there's no need for the royal guard anymore.
