Chased,tried and captured is Sofia Reuben a local town's girl. Augustus County,her terrorizer wants her dead because he doesn't know a well hidden truth. Years ago Augustus' evil family took Sofia in. Not until many months later do they drop the friendly facade and turn callously cruel. They abused poor Sofia. She tried to run away but they always caught her and she would receive a new scar for her 'mis-comings'. On one fateful night she narrowly escapes an assault from Augusts' brother and is left with no choice. In order to keep her life she takes theirs. Augustus returns home and finds his whole family dead and Sofia with a rifle in her hands. He pulls his own double-barrel gun and Sofia quickly darts out of the little house and bumps right into the corporal. Augustus shows his dead family to the officer and Sofia was sentenced to 10 years being just a young girl. She is finally free but never safe Augustus County is out for blood.
