Nate is a young 20 year old who enjoys video games, he has recently got a job at the well known video game store called,"Game House." One day he finds himself drawn to a mysterious game,"The Fortune Days." He's warned by his co worker, Renee, that people have been disappearing from the store because of that game. Nate pays no heed until he meets Violet, and things go from there. He get sucked in a world of violence and danger in every corner, he is put against a one month deal. If he survives, he can escape the game and go back to our world. If he fails, he must become apart of the game forever. First book of a series called, Cyberpunk. Title is from The Glitch Mob's song, Fortune Days.
