OK WASSUP BESTIES,!!! so,,,,today i was just sitting in my room watching youtube and eating ramen just minding my own business until this RANDOM ASF burst of energy came out of me and said "let's try to shift" so i put on a guided meditation (the julia method!!) https://youtu.be/qcYUZihJ6S0 and ok so i was listening to the video concentrating on my breathing and visualizing yk as you do until i think towards the middle i felt like i was being shook (side note i scripted i would wake up on the train to hogwarts) like it felt like i was in a car, but i kept telling myself like "oh you haven't shifted because no one tapped your arm" (as i also scripted when i shift to my dr) which was probably a reason why i didn't shift LMAOOJNJEDMW anyways after that i began to feel like really numb but i didn't want to move so i kept focusing then i saw white lights !!! then towards the end when she was counting the video was like pulsing like it would just randomly stop for a second then it would go again and i don't know it was just AHBVDGBUHSNBGFSTY too much lmao but yeahhhh BYE BESTIES LOVE YOU GUYSSS!!!
