Sometimes it begins with one tired sentence, one honest breath, and one small surrender. This is a reflection for anyone who overthinks at night, feels anxious in the quiet, or needs a softer way to return to God's peace. Sometimes peace begins softly. Sometimes it begins at 3AM. Sometimes it begins with one honest prayer.
