After some experiments, Shiro made a contact with League of Villians and decided use their powers to kill Korosensei. With his help Kurogiri created a portal in Assassination Classroom world to transport Korosensei into their world along with Karma and Nagisa.

Karma sees things in both Nagisa and Asano that are similar to himself. When he brings them together for a meeting, he reveals what he knows. Forming a bond due to their similar lives, the three of them become close friends. Meanwhile, their other friends have no idea what's going on. (In this story, this is their freshman year, in highschool)
