Wilbur Soot is the djinn and Quackity is a boy who in his childhood had his life mission to meet the man who was his idol at the time. Later on in the future, Quackity forgets about his childhood idol until one day he scuba dives with his two best friends, Karl and Nick, and finds the specific item that can summon the being in lukewarm ruins along with other treasury's. His friends don't really want it because it doesn't interest them, but Quackity can feel a special connection to it.
