During the party of 3x22, Jace Herondale slips away to find Clary Fairchild, demon hunter and love of his life. When he opens his bedroom door, he finds that it's not Clary that is waiting for him, but a piece of paper proclaiming his worst nightmare.

On the day she sent her brother Jonathan back to the afterlife, the angels took away all the memories of the shadow world. So also all the moments with her friend Jace, her best friend Isabelle and her brother Alec, her best friend Simon, the warlock Magnus and her father Luke as well as many more. Everything they had experienced so far was erased. After Clary found herself somewhere in the middle of New York that night with no memory of how she got there, her life changed abruptly and she didn't even know it. But how will her life develop? Will she again be that mundane she once was? Or will she regain her memories of the shadow world?

This takes place at the end of episode 3x22 of Shadowhunters
