4spades Stories

I looked at the heaven in front of me, fans waving light sticks and making it seem like a constellation. The tears blur my vision and it somehow makes everything seem more beautiful. It made me think of someone who had left this world too early. I look up to the crowd and I whispered, "I wish you could see me now. I love you." And hopefully, wherever he is, he'll see me. I freeze as I catch sight of him, the familiarity throwing me off. It's been months, I should be over this way of thinking by now. I should have moved on. But of course I haven't. Because it was him.
