Also, I don't know if some of the fairytales I used as inspiration are copyright, but if they are, I don't own them either. - Typical Hunger Games trigger warnings: violence, child murder, prostitution, teen pregnancy, mild language, rape, sexual assault, innuendo and sexual references. - If you think I should change it to mature at any point, please tell me. Does any one person feel Hope when they are dying, bleeding, or starving because of the Capitol?!" I screamed as the crowd cheered. "HOPE is what this world needs! And my father once said to me that Hope is my namesake, that Hope is what I can offer this wounded world and it's patrons! Never mind the beauty of the Capitol, never mind the promise of the Hunger Games! I say this speech proudly with the Hope that someday, SOMEDAY! I or someone else will abolish these Hunger Games for good!"

*intense music begins as a series of images flash on screen* Cyprinus is raised on a platform in the middle of a forest. Intheria twirls and hurls a knife. Salomon slams his fist on a table. Something almost too dazzling to look at is pulled on a chariot by four white horses. *music slows down and becomes very quiet* *Claudius Templesmith counts down from 10* 9 8 Intheria fixes her gaze on a briefcase on the outskirts of the Cornucopia. 7 6 King glances at Intheria, then back to the Cornucopia. 5 4 Back at home, Pierre is in a drunken stupor. 3 2 Salomon and Marita hold their breath. 1 An explosion rocks the arena. *Music picks up and becomes dramatically loud* Intheria and King calmly walk onstage. Intheria is wearing a shimmery red dress. King is wearing a midnight blue tuxedo. *Caesar Flickerman announces,* WELCOME! TO THE FIFTY-FIRST! ANNUAL! HUNGAH GAAAAMES!!!!
