Five blurts out in panic, wanting to ask her and wanted to give her one last chance to back out, to push him away. That was not going to happen. Delilah's mouth twisted with amusement. "Yes, Mr. Hargreeves, you may." he looks at her with so much love in his eyes, smiling softly. There they stayed, lying on the roof of the academy as they watch the red sky on top of the academy. (Y/n) was one of the lucky 43 children mysteriously born on October 1, 1989. Her parents however, refused to give her up to Hargreeves, but her father still allowed him to train her. Things were going well for (Y/n), until a series of events leads to her getting stuck in the apocalypse with the one Hargreeves sibling that didn't even like her, or so she thought... AN: I changed a couple of minor details, but not a ton :)

Word count: 18.8k. Five Hargreeves x Lila Pitts, but I executed it better than season four ever could. When Reginald Hargreeves marries his first son to a daughter from a poor family, and it works wonders--any more of the remaining families he hadn't adopted from back in 1999 come in contact with begs for fame, care, and above all else wealth--Reginald decides to do the same with one of the only children he could reasonably say he's proud of. "We only see each other at weddings and funerals," but they come together for a wedding rather than a funeral. It's only until one day he tells him a dark secret he'd been keeping; while getting a mental check he was awared he had DID. At the time it was known as multiple personality disorder. Not only did he have simple, adult or teenage alters, but also small children, linked with his traumatic childhood. He explained how Dave wasn't only a boyfriend of his, but he would care for his child alters. Diego was shocked but then realized... Dave was gone.. he had to take care of him. So I made it where Vanya has control over her powers but 5's love interest (you) is like vanya....but with different powers....obviously.

𝔟𝔯𝔬𝔨𝔢𝔫 𝔪𝔦𝔫𝔡𝔰 On October 1st, 1989, the extraordinary happened. 43 women gave birth. However, none of these children were pregnant when the day first began. Sir Reginald Hargreeves adopted eight of these children. Seven of which had seemingly impossible abilities, and were trained daily from a young age. The children were trained to be elite heroes and help the world with the many problems it faced, and the eight of them built strong relationships with each other. Soon formed The Umbrella Academy Although they were trained for many styles of combat and battle, they were not trained for heartbreak. the iceberg began to tip once one of the beloved children went missing. The vanishing of Number Five caused the children and Reginald to grow devastated, and years later, another one of their dear siblings was taken away from them. Not being able to bare with the loss of two of their siblings, The Umbrella Academy went their separate ways, wanting to be as far away from the academy as possible, except for Luther of course, who stayed. Shockingly, however, the Academy was soon brought back together from the one thing they never expected - the death of their father, Reginald Hargreeves. And their unexpected visit led to something far more serious than a funeral. (disclaimer : I DO NOT own the umbrella academy, it's plot, nor characters.
