Saiki was played the violin since he was young. When Saiki was a child he was fascinated with the violin, when he played the first time he found it calming and therapeutic. Saiki accidentally broke his glasses and Saiki doesn't want new ones because he doesn't want to visit his psycho brother. Then he remembers he contacts lenses, he doesn't wear them because they're kind of uncomfortable. When he goes to school, everyone was so surprised, not only because Saiki doesn't have his glasses. It's also because Saiki looks beautiful without his glasses, maybe even more beautiful than Teruhashi.
