Before The Mocking Jay took flight and sparked the rebellion of the 12 districts, before the 74th tributes were drawn from district 12 to enter the arena, there were the 73rd. Heidi Quail is the 73rd female tribute to come from the 12th district, her story has been untold till now. Obviously I will be changing some things that are known about the 73rd tributes from district 12, especially the female tribute :)
