In this universe, once you die your actions determine whether you go to Heaven or Hell. Kyro, was 20 when she died. Her actions determined her to become a demon. As she's dead, her friends from heaven all tell her and wonder why is she a demon when she deserves to become a angel, she isn't a horrible demon, she actually is nice for a demon- too nice. Even though she is hanging around 2 fallen angels (which is illegal since they are basically fugitives and you must kill them at first sight) she decides not to snitch them out, merely for the fact that she cares. Which is a trait a demon shouldn't have. So this raises the question, why did she become a demon if she has some traits of an angel? As I said before, in this universe, your *actions* determine whether or not you deserve to be apart of hell or heaven. But In this case, I guess you can say *Kyro* chose to go to heaven or hell, not her actions or anybody. Just her.
