Melissa Reynolds, a Gryffindor ,close friend to golden trio. But somehow feels left out, on wandering meets Darcy Malfoy,twin of Draco Malfoy and becomes friends as years pass they become close. And being friend with Darcy means there are some interactions with the Slytherin Malfoy through the years as Darcy is odd one out of family just like Sirius that is being in Gryffindor house. After battle of Hogwarts we all know Voldemort was defeated but we don't know the aftermath of a war. Many people died. And the many of the living are traumatized with loss of their loved ones. And all previous 7th years are given an opportunity to return Hogwarts to finish their 7th year with actual studies. And all are returning at least those who are left. Some for a normal year after all adventures (golden trio), some to find some redemption (Draco, Blaise), Someone who can't lose this opportunity to spend another year in Hogwarts and then there is me. New friendships will need to be forged. Bridges rebuilt and paths paved for the students of Hogwarts to bring a better era of understanding and strength back to the Wizarding World.
