Nora West had always lived a safe life. She grew up wealthy, and had her entire life mapped out from a young age. She would be educated, marry a suitable man, have children, and take over her father's billion dollar Bourbon industry. Nora was in Los Angelos for one reason: to work with her father's business partner. At the end of summer, she would go back home and marry her fiancé, Warren. Everything was going to plan. That is until an office emergency occurs, putting Evan Buckley in her path. Evan Buckley was anything but safe. He was fun and pushed Nora beyond her planned out life. On paper, he was terrible for her. However, he was the only person who had ever made her feel alive.

Bobby Nash's niece comes to live with him and Athena while she starts her life in a new city and gets on her own two feet. When she meets Evan Buckley, they quickly catch each other's eye but according to Bobby she's off limits for him. Knowing she's living with her uncle, he makes more of a presence and eventually they tumble into a secret relationship that they're sure they can make work. Jenna had a lot on her plate. Job changes and adjusting to her new schedule proved more difficult than she thought. Add new, attractive neighbor, Evan Buckley, into the mix and Jenna learns she doesn't have control on anything like the way she thought she did. (Ok so I'm bad at these summary things, I apologize!)
