What caught the Jedi councils ears was both disturbing as it was fascinating as crops of the colonists refuse to grow even when using modern technology. it keeps decaying even with the help of modern equipment. Suspecting Dark side influence and possible Sith origins The jedi council send councillors Obi-Wan Kenobi, Luminara Unduli, Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and their respective padawans to investigate before Dooku is able to learn of it....however as the Jedi enter the temple the fate of the galaxy shall be altered forever....
