Himura Kenshin thinks that Battousai is forever gone, locked away in his fragile mind. This bloodthirsty side of himself is far from it. "To never spill a drop of blood again" is the oath he made to himself when he put down his sword and became a wanderer. However, that promise would soon be broken, along with his "nearly harmless" reverse-blade sword. Kenshin was part of something bigger when he was a murderer. His old colleagues are catching up with him, and danger surrounds them. Kaoru, Sanosuke, Yahiko, and Megumi can try, but they may not succeed in destroying the Battousai and get Kenshin back to himself before his past swallows him again. It's something Kenshin may not even be able to do.

This is a poem that I wrote about Kenshin Himura, from the anime Rurouni Kenshin. I hope that you enjoy it.

Kenshin finds himself stuck with a homeless young woman after she follows him through town. A/N: This story was set after the last episode of Rurouni Kenshin's second season (after Kenshin beat Shishio and went back to the Kamiya dojo). Let's pretend that the whole Season 3 and all the rest [OVA / movie] didn't happen (except for the Trust and Betrayal OVA [Tomoe's story]) but Kenshingumi already knew about the whole Tomoe affair. This story mentions lots of Japanese stuff and I also made use of some Japanese words. The words and their meanings/definitions are listed in alphabetical order at the end of each chapter. ^_^ Please pardon any spelling and grammatical errors. I don't have beta readers. Though I try to review things before I post them, there are still a lot that I tend to miss. Feel free to point it out. Constructive criticisms are welcomed. ^_^ Disclaimer: I do not own Rurouni Kenshin and any of its characters but the OCs are mine.

Rorouni Kenshin: Misao Kamiya and her twin sister Kaoru have a little brother, Yahiko. They lost both of their parents long ago, and have been left to take care of Yahiko. Hounded by the yakuza they are forced to work two jobs to keep themselves and their brother safe. Working in a nightclub, they run into Aoshi whom they haven't seen in eight years.

I'll just be honest with you guys , I'm just KINDA frustrated at the original Ikemen Sengoku's MC since.. let's be honest.. she's pretty naive and the usual cliche MC that sometimes depends TOO much on their capture targets.

I don't own the game or the story of Ikémen Sengoku just y/n I'm just writing it down because it's hard to get enough gold for the next chapter, I will know because I play it.
