In this world, there is magic, however, it is rare for someone to be born with the ability to use it. It is for this reason, and out of fear, that magic got banned. As a result of those that use it not wanting to stop, there was a "war", but the magically gifted did not fight back and were massacred. There were only two survivors of this purging. They were a set of twins, a boy and a girl, and when they combine their powers they can do incredible things, but the boy got imprisoned, because of it. A long time later he escapes and is reunited with his sister, and makes some knew friends as they start to rise up against the injustice of the past. Will they succeed in righting the wrongs? Len Kagamine is a young storm god, and his sister, Rin Kagamine, is the current incarnation of the most powerful dragon the world has ever known. Naturally as a storm god, it is Len's duty to fight and kill his own sister. Len doesn't like the thought of this at all.
