When to See a Doctor
Anemia can range from mild to severe, and mild cases might have few noticeable symptoms. If you experience persistent fatigue, shortness of breath, paleness, or any concerning symptoms, see a healthcare provider for diagnosis, as treatment depends on the underlying cause, such as iron, B12, or folate deficiency.
They did a few tests on me at the hospital recently. My iron levels look really good now and I feel much better than I had before. It's called: '"Blood Smears.'" They took quite a lot of blood from me. It was very impressive work. Hopefully this helps someone else. My feet had patches of dry skin on them for a few years that are starting to go away on its own now. You also feel really tired and exhausted. Sometimes you can crave ice. That is a common side effect. I think my feet were so dry because they were cold. Yes, I had dry feet which was very odd. I noticed it years ago.
