A natural disaster has occurred in Hawaii, though it's not exactly the kind people would expect. It ends up revealing a hidden entrance to where a legend is said to be housed. 2 childhood friends venture out, only to see the results of this eruption unfold. Due to curiosity and interest, the two end up on an unexpected journey. Will they make it through or face their end?

Sad Sundays is my weekly space to share melancholic poetry, words that help me navigate the stillness, the weight, and the quiet storms of recovery. Each Sunday, I post a new piece that I've written, using poetry to process my journey through detox and rehab, to face the difficult parts of healing, and to find meaning in the silence. Every poem is written by hand with help from the Rhymezone platform. This series is as much for me as it is for anyone who finds comfort in knowing they're not alone on their gray days. I will eventually try to tie most of my work together into a larger piece, but first and foremost, this will function as a collection of my writings while I am going through detox. A young woman living on Galveston Island is about to enter medical school when she gets a strange package in the mail containing the avatars of the Great Galveston Hurricane of 1900 and Hurricane Carla. She soon finds that these avatars of natural disasters are everywhere and there is a select group of humans, the Allies of Gaia, who partner with them to help protect the balance between people and the planet.

**COMPLETED** This is the story of Life, Death, a lonely human, and all those other names and faces that linger or are forgotten by time. It is a story of the violent and chaotic world, and the places in which, every now and then, everything is still. And it is in this stillness that the most peculiar of persons lie in silence, their stories waiting to be told, as they have for an eternity. | This all began as something simple, in the first few months of 2016. I had intended for it to be a short writing exercise, but something drew me back. Out of two pages, this sprung up. In all honesty, looking over it, it feels as if I am no longer the author. The characters control me, not the other way around. They've surprised me, created their own lives and twists without me knowing, and have completely taken over my world. In the way of format, each page was originally designed to be a chapter, as I have noticed that many tend to get lost in verbose paragraphs. These shorter chapters are meant to be easier to read, but still (hopefully) entertaining. |

Basically the days of the week as people, this is my first time writing on here so please comment if you see me doing something wrong! Feedback always welcome!

Just the awesome and beautiful states of my awesome country!

Life sucks. All Marianna Desoh wanted in life is to finally be someone's first choice. Instead, all she received were countless heartbreaks, not only from her friends, but from her family too. She thought giving her utmost love and trust will ensured that she too, will have the same blessings, but Life was never kind. In a world of misfits, Marcus Tyuner was at the very top. He too, experienced countless betrayals that forced him to never believe or trust another individual, thus forcing him to cower away from Life. For it is Life that made sure such happiness was never to be found. Both souls have been branded by Life, thus causing their souls to be interwoven with each other. Yet, their insecurities never faltered to intertwine with their everyday shenanigans. How will the two prove that Life would never make the wrong choice again? ...but they say 'Life was never meant to hurt you, but rather give you an opportunity to grow on your own'.

Just pieces that didn't quite fit in any of my other books that I don't feel are significant enough to require their own book. This will probably contain a lot of edgy stuff, so... brace yourself and enter at your own risk, I suppose.

A short story between a rose and thorn

A book of written and spoken works straight off the top hat by Blue Eyed Hatter, filled with the broken, fixed, odd, humorous and passionately emotional. This book is a steady cookoo clock counting down to self destruction with every click of it cogs and it does it wonderfully. So while the book has nothing to do with the wings of dragons it contains words which themselves breath fire.

Was, is, and will remain a life, well lived.

It's 2033, The government has taken over most countries, driving people into riots and war. To fix this problem the big tech industries have made tests for special patients all around the globe. During these tests 10 subjects will go into a coma for the next 5 years, having to complete challenges in all of the same personified dreams, appearing as whatever they want. It's all a dream. You have to save and meet everyone from these dreams before the time is up. You have 5 weeks. Good luck.
