Sabuong buhay ko, inakala ko perpekto na lahat sa akin. May masayang pamilya, maayos na estado, at palaging inuuna ang pangarap. But I guess, life isn't always perfect; because that's life, we can't escape obstacles in our life. Then I met Alistair, ang lalaking bumihag sa puso ko. Ang lalaking sinuportahan ako sa mga bagay na hinahangad ko. Noong mahalin ko siya, akala ko mas perpekto na ang buhay ko; nag mamahalan kami, tinatahak ko ang pangarap ko... pero sa isang iglap lang, tila nag laho ang lahat. There are things that sometimes, much better to hide. Pero paano kung ang bagay na iyon ay mumultuhin ka habang buhay? Even if unbelievable things can hurt you, it's much better to not imprisoned yourself all your life.

A story about a girl whose life doesn't seem to give her any answers, and where life itself wants to control her. Needless to say she tries to rebel against it's plan for her.

Rory wants to be happy. As a brand new college student that has newfound freedom, Rory can make her own choices now– without the constant nagging of her parents. However, there is a mental chain tugging on Rory's mind, towards the way her parents raised her as she makes decisions. That lifestyle doesn't make her happy though and Rory soon realizes that it's time to take risks in life no matter what the past is. She needs to think ahead, about the future. Now, the real question is: Will Rory finally be able to be her true self with the help of new friends and possibly a new love?

An apology for choosing right at an expense.

The Allegory of the Merchant tells the tale of a young apprentice that leaves his master's home to find his way in the world. Always mindful of his master's teachings, the young apprentice methodically applies them to his trade and seemingly "makes it" on his own. But was there something more to his master's teachings? Do "time" and "value" correlate to money? The story is intentionally written simplistically, in what I view as an "old parable" format. Typically, I'm a very vivid writer and I wanted to experiment with this new style. The first draft of The Allegory of the Merchant was actually written by me to a friend via 30+ text messages when I was tripping on acid one night.
