The brothers each have a neko pet given by their fathers. The neko pets were originally supposed to be blood bags to satisfy hunger. However eventually the brothers grew to love and become overly possessive over the pets. Over time the brothers became sadistic and would constantly aim the sadistic features towards their pets, and soon the neko pets became masochistic. Yui then came in to the picture and the pets, who were usually calm and sweet, became feral. This has never happened before and instead of feeling worried the brothers became interested.

De por si, el no tiene una buena relación de hermanos con Yui debido a que la gente de la iglesia se ha encargado de compararlos, poniendo a Yui como la mejor, la santa, pura, etc. Pero, ¿por que Yui, su tan querida hermana mayor, no hacia nada? esto tiene una explicación, desde pequeña le han metido en la cabeza la idea de que Haru era una mala influencia, un pecador, que atraia a la mala suerte, que era agresivo, etc. Al vivir con esas ideas, la joven le tomo bastante miedo a su propio hermano, en cambio, Seiji, su padre, apoyo a Haru, siendo este ultimo su hijo favorito, que apesar de no seguir las reglas e ideas de la iglesia, tenia personalidad propia, ideas propias, gustos e ideas a seguir, algo que Seiji aprovo sin pensarlo dos veces.
