In this AU, Peter Pettigrew is known as the one who betrayed James Potter, but he is never captured. Also, Regulus Black is alive, he never goes after the maybe Horcrux. And he has some form of guardianship over Draco, so he is also a bit different and has a budding friendship with Harry. Oh, also Snily.

But as she steps through the front door she finds out her parents are shipping her off to her grandparents house in Colorado while they're away for a business trip. They thought it would be a great idea for them to bond before its too late. This is bad news for her, but as she visits it gets worse. They're snowed in the cabin. So they sit around the fireplace and Miki's grandparents tell her an interesting story. A story about how her grandfather fell in love with the love of his life.

He opened the door and got out of the car. "You make me sound like a monster... I'm leaving so you don't have to be around someone as horrible as me anymore." He slammed the car door shut. I stared at it for a few seconds in shock before he opened it again. "Oh and in case you are interested. I haven't slept with a single person ever since I met you. Because I am in love with you. I don't want to be with anyone but you. And that's the very first time I feel about a person like that. But apparently I'm not good enough for you." He slammed the door shut again and I watched him walk away. I was absolutely and utterly shocked. Had Harry Styles just declared his love for me? And told me that I was the only person he had ever been in love with?

"What is beautiful anyways? Is it the color of someone's skin or eyes? Their height? The way they dress? What is it?" I asked, not really expecting an answer. "I think beautiful is someone who looks past the exterior and gives people a chance. Someone who tries to understand another. An unselfish being. Someone who doesn't see with their eyes but their heart," he replied playing with the bracelet around his wrist, "That truly is a beautiful thing." Celeste has been called beautiful all of her life. She is convinced that guys only want to go out with her because that's all they say they like about her. She's beautiful. To graduate Celeste needs thirty-five hours of community service. She decides to answer an ad in the paper for a temporary aide for a blind teenager, Seamoore.
