After losing his pardon and his freedom, Bucky becomes a man at odds with the US government. To avoid arrest, he is presented with a desperate choice: Zemo, who is now a free man and has been helping rebuild the tattered glory of his own country, now reborn from the ashes as the nation of New Sokovia, offers him a solution through Marriage. Long ago before the time of Arthur and his sword, the first camelot king and his sister fought for the right to rule, the sister had been locked away to protect all of humanity, and creatures of magic, until with the birth of emrys she was freed, hiding and guiding the shadows, convincing a certain king to ban magic, unfortunately her plans to corrupt the last high priestess never worked because of Merlin Years have passed, and she has guided the shadows, but now her magic is fully regained, and she is no longer interested in shadows.
