A friend of Toby's moves in with him, his friend is named Alex, a 15 year old girl. She has anxiety and tends to have panic attacks. Alex comes off as a shy, anti-social kid, but once you earn her trust, she talks more and is fun to be around. To keep her safe, Jim and Toby try to keep trolls a secret, but she finds out anyway. Aaarrrgghh immediately takes a liking to the girl, as she is sweet and innocent. As she gets to know the crew, she starts being herself and exposes a little secret she has.

She now goes to school in Arcadia Oaks High and made close friends with Jim Lake Jr., Toby Domzalski, and Willow Lopez. She promises to protect Arcadia along with the Trollhunter and stop Bular once and for all. She also hopes that one day she'll reunite with her long-lost friend.

After the devastation of his best friend's death, he travels back in time 3 years, to the start of it all and hands downs the mantle of doom to said best friend. but the consequences slowly reaching out to him puts him in a faze. warning: Serious cussing (kinda), heavily implied mature stuff and by mature stuff I mean smoking, mentions of sex (yes), etc this was heavily implied and taken from 'Trollhunters: Returning' by 'bad_song_petey' bc I loved their work sm but I wanted some changes and the book is currently abandoned so I thought along with a few changes which I desperately wanted I thought I'd work on the same field. This is set after he gained one for all, and the entrance exam. this is set between receiving the letter and the first day of school, so that he can get used to being the Trollhunter and set a schedule so that he doesn't over tax himself.
