Alex spier, twin sister of simon spier, younger by a day. there was a problem with birthing her out. luckily she made it out unluckily she was born with arrhythmia, meaning her heart either beats to slow, to fast, or at an irregular pace. her brother was the best brother she could have ever asked for, ever. and her little sister was actually the best sister ever. her boyfriend ryan on the other hand was abusive and angry. she had pills so she could keep her breathing under control, but sometimes, sometimes those don't even work. anyway she has a few best friends, one she was utterly in love with. ally Burke, Abby suso, Nick eisner, and caleb cooper. the one she loves so much, the one she so desperately needed. but what she didn't know was that he needed her to. he loves her to. though he's not really there anyone, on a trip for a year. Alex was the only one who new about simon being gay, he told her about a year after he fiund out and she supported and loved him even more through out the hardest times. of course she always did that but she tried even more after she found out. Simon loved his sister. he couldn't bare to lose her because, she was truly his best friend. they did everything together. they told each other everything. tho she was hiding one little secret. you'll have to read and find out
