The story follows Aakash Rajadhakshya, a man caught between two identities-one as a successful game developer abroad, and another as the hidden heir of a powerful underworld empire in India. When his father, Vikram Rajadhakshya, passed away, Aakash and his wife Shivani-who was pregnant at the time-reluctantly came back to India. The trip opened new chapters: meeting elite families, facing his brother's jealousy, and being declared the successor by his sister Sona. This responsibility pulled him into the empire he once left behind. At first, Aakash carefully balanced both lives. He managed his studio and guided his creative team while also restructuring his father's crumbling underworld network. Unlike traditional crime lords, Aakash introduced rules of ethics-banning harm to women and children, regulating extortion, and ensuring kidnappings ended without cruelty. He treated his men like employees, giving them salaries, dignity, and a sense of order, something his father never provided. In doing so, he transformed ruthless thugs into disciplined soldiers who respected him not as Vikram's son, but as their leader. While protecting his family, Aakash kept Shivani away from the truth. To her, he was still just a game developer, a visionary man trying to balance work and fatherhood. She never knew of the shadows he commanded behind the scenes. Their daughter, Sandhya, became his anchor of innocence-everything he was trying to shield from the darkness of the empire.

Someone told me about this serial - Dekha Ek Khwaab. I was already a fan of Priyal Gor then so I started watching this from the very beginning and couldn't help falling in love with the serial, with Priyal Gor, with Aashish kapoor, with manveer. But obviously, when the show ended out of nowhere, all of us were very disappointed. We all wanted Manveer to reconcile but it seemed that, all the events took place hastily to help make the show end beforehand. Manveer's chemistry was very limited and a lot of unnecessary drama consumed most of the time so, thought of recreating the show myself and relive the magic of Dekha Ek Khwaab. It has the essence of the original story but also is unique. Hope you will like it.
