Aang finds Katara frozen in a globe of ice, right when he is in need of a water bender. It's the last element is needs to master, in order to defeat the fire king, but after meeting Katara, he is starting to doubt whether he is willing to risk his life for the war, when he now has someone to live for. .............................. They are pretty much the only two characters that will feature, and it's going to be a quick story - just a couple chapters.

Some people believe that the Avatar was never reborn into the Air Nomads, and that the cycle is broken. But I haven't lost hope. I still believe that somehow, the Avatar will return to save the world.

After Katara says she has to go away for 2 weeks Kya starts to get angry with her, will Aang be able to solve this Mother/Daughter conflict?

The title isn't what you think it is, or is it? This is a Zuko x OC fanfic from Avatar: The Last Airbender. All credit goes to the original creators of the show, the only thing I take credit for is Lily and the extra scenes in the story with things that aren't canon. So this book is the first to a three book series, which are all on my page. This book takes off from immediately after 'Imbalance' the comic. It leads right into the next book as well, 'The House'. Enjoy this!

Placed after the defeat of Fire Lord Ozai, the backlash of the experiences the group had are still present within them. However Some prefer to keep them hidden from the rest of their friends, sometimes out of concern for them or just pure stubbornness. But what happens when one of Aangs friends and now love of his life discovers his internal turmoil after a long day together. Would he bother pushing her away or would they actually talk about the Avatar's pain. (I don't own Avatar The Last Airbender. It is a fanfiction from the series. this story touches on stuff like PTSD, has a little bit of scary Imagery due to nightmares, and it's placed a year or so after the war. I'm not perfect but I'm trying, this is my first one-shot so bare with me. Kataang fiction. Katara and Aang spend their time with each other, growing old, making the world better, and loving each other. Also eventually having kids. Also, Aang is a good father in this because it's bullcrap that Aang would be a bad father. Kinda like one-shots but like all the stuff in previous chapters is the stuff that happens. Does that make sense? The cover is from Keith Matthews on Pinterest. I don't know who drew it but I found it on there. If someone can tell me who drew it I can give them the proper credits.
