Pavel, a former soldier, current member of a small resistance known as Kodlak Blue, and ex-lab experiment of the shifty government science division known as Sigma-42. Pavel drives a 76 Firebird that he and his mechanic, who goes by Shy, rebuilt to traverse the wasteland known as the Hell basin. Pavel and Shy work with Kodlak Blue to take out the tyranical government put in place after the nuclear war. All eyes of the remnants of humanity watch these key players as they vy for power in the remnant of the old world country known as the United States of America.

They have tried the process 73 times on dead people, none of them worked. Figuring the scientists were doing something wrong or missed a step, they continued the process but this time, the state wouldn't let them do it on dead people anymore. Running out of options, they dicided to leave it alone for a while, except one. This one scientist felt he could change the world, he could be the hero. The only thing was he couldn't test it on someone. An idea came to him, to test it on himself. But he wasn't dead so how would it work? He decided to commit have suicide and with his last breathes, test it on himself then write the results if succeeded. Of course there was more than a 50 % chance he would fail but this scientist went mad. This is how the beginning of the end started...with subject 74.
