When it resumes, the camera is sitting upright on the edge of the platform. Aimed at the tunnel entrance. Joel is nowhere in the frame. The Red Line tunnel beneath Chicago was sealed in 1978. The transit authority's internal records document eleven separate worker incidents between 1971 and 1978. Eleven workers. Same tunnel. Same description.
