Then Selena was born. It gave hope to the Chancellor and doctors that knew about her. As a result, she was kept locked away from the rest of the population. She never had friends and never exactly had a family. Even as a child she knew she was different than everyone else. 5 years before The 100 delinquents would land on earth, Selena would arrive.
