Kisah Juraij adalah kisah besar yang mengandung pelajaran dan nasihatt. Juraij adalah seorang ahli ibadah yang shalih di kalangan Bani Israil. Dia membuat ibunya kesal karena dia mendatanginya selama tiga hari agar kedua matanya bisa melihatnya dan kedua telinganya bisa menyimak pembicaraannya. Setiap kali datang, dia pulang dengan tangan hampa karena Juraij sibuk dengan shalat dan ibadahnya. Maka ibu Juraij berdoa atasnya dan Allah SWT mengabulkan doanya. Ibunya mendoakan agar Juraij tidak mati sebelum melihat wajah wanita pezina. Lalu seorang wanita pezina menuduh Juraij telah melakukan zina dengannya. Dia mengklaim bahwa Juraij adalah ayah dari bocah yang dilahirkannya. Akan tetapi, Allah SWT menyelamatkan Juraij karena keshalihan dan ketaqwaannya. Allah SWT membuat bocah yang masih merah bisa berbicara. Dia memberitahu bapak yang ia diciptakan dari airnya. Dengan itu Allah SWT menjawab doa ibunya dan membebaskannya dari tuduhan wanita pezina karena keshalihannya.
