One of his friends is Lush and Niko whose problem was accidentally revealed by Jose. One of the centers of this story is "Mr. Z or the shooter" and "Hill" from the story "THE UNDEAD" and "A Change From The Past". This story is the prequel of "Have We Met Before". This shows the backstory of Jose Juan and how Jose still lives by then.
