Midnight's father quickly ends up getting married and puts Midnight in the Trans Allegheny Lunatic Asylum. Midnight ends up spending most of her life in the Asylum, but doesn't care because she meets some friends that has ability's themselves. Midnight ends up meeting a person that has a gift of his own as well but hes not human. The man ends up telling Midnight what he is and tells her he wants her to become just like him. Soon the un-human man dies and Midnight escapes the Asylum and looks for a new life.
