(Songfic oneshot) (Sad, death involved but it's peaceful.) You woke to hear the unfamiliar sound of silence. You wondered briefly why everything was so quiet, and why you didn't hear the familiar sound of his voice. And then the memories came back. 'Too fast...' You thought, the tears making their way back to your eyes. It had been a long time since he left, but you never got used to being without him. 'They always come back too fast...' You thought yet again, burying your face in your hands as you tried to stop the tears from flooding out of your eyes. You felt more alone than ever, each second that passed a memory that you lost. (I don't own you, Hetalia, the picture, or Prussia! I own the storyline.)

Emory Davis lost her best friend a few years ago when she started high school while the rest of the world lost Isaac Hawthorne only quite recently. To Emory this loss was unexplainable, something she couldn't comprehend. How could a seemingly, happy teenage boy put a bullet through his brain one dark gloomy night. She then goes on a journey to rediscover the boy she had once known very well and soon gets the answers to all of her questions. While she's awake and while she's asleep. (I know it sounds bad but you should just give the book a try. It might surprise you...or maybe it won't.)
