Thirty years after espers first appeared, society has reshaped itself around supernatural power. Also, all cover one of their eyes. Around half of the population as the ability in one eye, and it is evident if it is seen. That is why all hide that very eye. Since those with that ability are killed first and the others somewhat sparred. The government has kept a close eye on three children who seem to possess the 「Delta Shine」 on their eye. It was merely a guess, but once they have conformed it, they will find any way possible to kill them. For the 「Delta Shine」 could be the very thing that will destroy the country. Or, it could reform it into something beautiful. Who knows? {Any similarities to anything you know to this story is entirely a coincidence. This was just a piece of fiction that appeared in my mind, after all. I don't own the cover picture.
