I'm going to be telling about the usual day for me, and for privacy reasons, we'll just call me G. Reading and writing stories have always been my creative outlet, a way to create my own world or no one can judge what my characters do or that kind of stuff, ever since 5th grade, with my teachers writing prompts, I found myself in love with writing creative stories that I could come up with mainly by myself. I also have a small friend group in school, consisting of a couple of friends, K.Y., and K.T., We usually hang out during breakfast, talking about what's been going on and what has been on our minds, They are the ones I can trust with my life if I had to, the ones that get me, and my partners in crime (Not actually) My home life is good as well, with minimal drama and everyone doing their own thing, my brother, gardening, playing his guitar, or at work, my mom and dad working or watching TV, and me? Hanging out in my room But now we'll be getting to the main part, my thoughts during the school day and home time, the good and the bad, and trying to make sense of my own mental health Recently my mental health hasn't really been in that good of a shape, but I'm working on getting it back to how it was before, thriving and happy, But for now, it's not in that good of a shape, with low self-esteem issues, struggling with focus, Not enough self-love, and dealing with the imaginary audience, it hasn't really been that good, but I'm working on putting my mental health in a better place, which is trying to love myself more, ignoring the imaginary audience, and doing my best to practice focusing, overall doing my best to improve my mental health So, I guess we'll be going through my days at school, and maybe at home too, And we could discuss about mental health, mainly mine, But anyway, Welcome to a day in my life
