After an ordinary person washes up at Thriller Bark, Perona is tasked by Gecko Moria killing this nobody but when she uses Negative Hollow and it doesn't work Perona decides to go a roundabout way of having Negative Hollow work but what can happen whilst trying to ensure the most pain as possible?
