Katsuki has had anxiety since he was a kid. Ever since the first time he had walked through the god awful doors of that house and dropped that one tiny ass bowl. And he knew that he was good at hiding it. From his mom, from his dad, from the idiot squad, from Deku, and everyone else in class 1-A. He knew that everyone thouht he just ahd really abd anger issues because that was what he used to hide it most of the time. He knew how bad it had gotten over the years at middle school, he knew that he needed therapy and he knew he was never gonna get therapy. That was just the truth. Katsuki has had many panic attacks before. He new what triggered him and how to squash the anxiety before it turned into a panic attack when he was around other people.
