After a car crash, Noah has been injured and is taken to the hospital along with his uncle and his pet white tiger cub Jack were also involved in a car accident. His uncle Monty succumbs to his wounds and passed away, Jack is at the pet hospital to be treated. There is a Native American psychic came by, he grants Noah psychic abilities and healed him.
